DRYmedic Restoration of Cape Coral is owned and run by Nate and Kate — partners in business and in life. Nate spent years running a concrete company and working hands-on in restoration, so he knows how Florida homes are built, how they fail, and what it takes to put them back right. Kate is a registered nurse, and it shows in how this company treats people: when your home floods at 2am, you don't just need trucks and pumps. You need someone who shows up fast, measures instead of guesses, documents everything for your insurance company, and tells you the truth about what needs to happen.
We chose the DRYmedic name because the national network behind it shares that standard: IICRC-certified training, professional-grade drying science, and a process built around treating every property loss like a patient — assess, stabilize, treat, restore. But make no mistake about who you're hiring: this location is independently owned and operated, based right here in Cape Coral.
